Position Description:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Belknap campus based staff within the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI).
Provide coordination of all aspects of the Medical Student Education federal grant project activities and initiatives, including, but not limited to maintaining the operation of the ODI satellite office; working with faculty, staff, students, and internal and external stakeholders and agencies; and coordinating and executing administrative and financial duties associated with the grant project and programs that may serve as a pathway to the objectives of the grant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Belknap Campus Manager and other support staff
Compile data and assist in the preparation of reports
Serve as main point of contact and resource individual for programs and grant project
Fulfill financial duties, including but not limited to, processing payments and reimbursements, arranging travel, preparing invoices, making purchases, managing tuition and student support payments
Manage office and facility needs, including but not limited to coordinating and scheduling meetings and events, managing workspaces, maintaining office supplies and equipment, assisting with the development of recruitment materials, and facilitating correspondence
Maintain documents and files related to the grant project and pathway programs that support grant project objectives
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Professional experience in a highly matrixed office with multiple stakeholders
Experience working in a higher education or government environment
Previous administrative support experience

This position is grant-funded.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
