Bio-Medical Equipment Services (BMES) of Louisville, KY, is looking to hire a full-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.
This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
This often times includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

A Day in the Life of a Receptionist/Admin Assistant
* Answering, assisting, and directing all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner
* Performing related clerical work such as typing, filing, and data entry projects
* Processing incoming mail as well preparing customer invoices for outgoing mail or outgoing email distribution
* Contacting customers via phone/email for purchase orders request
* Maintain listing of customer accounts, processing updates as received
* Review and submit company employee expenses
* Managing and ordering office supplies
* Ensuring foyer entrance and conference room are stocked and presentable
* Providing administrative support when needed
* A day in the life also involves being an active team member of the Administration Team.
Qualifications We are looking for:
* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or another similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
