As the IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring that IT performs as efficiently as possible by supporting a smooth employee onboarding / offboarding process, maintaining high security awareness, and ensuring knowledge sharing among team members.

The position will be on-site in our offices located in Louisville.
As the IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will:
Support MDM solutions such as Intune.
Support Corporate software such as Office 365, GSuite, Slack, and Zoom.
Support telecom systems, including but not limited to 8x8 and Nextiva.
Administer and help to improve a cost-effective, but highly functional helpdesk system.
Keeping inventory of all hardware and software.
Support Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and AWS Directory Services.
Plan, direct, and manage information technology help desk projects such as the maintenance of and upgrades to hardware and software.
Design and deploy new desktop services and enhancements to existing hardware, software, and operating systems; proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support productivity tools running on Windows and Mac.
Support and help to enforce Change Management.
Help to implement a smooth employee onboarding / offboarding process.
Other duties as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality on all company subjects so classified.
Who You Are:
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
Over two years of experience in end user support, including maintenance of Mac and PC hardware and software in a Help Desk role.
At least two years of experience in troubleshooting telecom systems, headsets, and hands-on Azure Intune experience.
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication, along with excellent customer service skills.
Capability to work effectively in a team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and ability to follow directions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
Familiarity with Access control, CCTV systems, and essential Windows system administration and networking principles (Active Directory, TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, DNS).
Experience in deploying, managing, and implementing Mac and PC Management Enterprise Solutions (e.
g.
, Microsoft Endpoint Management, Splashtop, Citrix), with hands-on Azure experience, and knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365, GSuite, Confluence.
Any scripting experience and availability for off-hours support.

Location: The position will be on-site.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and business experience
Hours: Our dedicated team is available round the clock.
This role will include working one weekend day and possibly adjusting shifts to accommodate employees on later shifts.
