Overview:
This position is responsible for designing and developing applications and solutions to meet the needs of the Company.
Responsibilities:
Work, as part of an agile team, with the product owner, team members, and stakeholders to understand requirements for simple-to-complex business systems.
Work with other agile team members to ensure that systems are being built to defined expectations and perform change management functions as needed.
Analyze and perform modifications to systems as requested by end users.
Analyze and assist in correction of problems which may occur in system operations.
Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and company policy.
Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, or closely related field, or significant equivalent experience
Minimum of 4-6 years industry experience as a developer in an agile work environment (scrum or kanban)
Experience working in SQL Server and NoSQL databases
Experience with C#/.
NET, WPF, Web APIs as part of a Service Oriented Architecture
Experience with unit testing using NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest frameworks
Proficiency working in Windows, MacOS x, Linux and Unix environments
Knowledge of JSON, LINQ, Entity Framework is highly desirable
Web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Angular, and like frameworks
Ability to work well with internal customers and management
Ability to gather requirements and develop design specifications
Experience with web applications
Comfortable with mobile and desktop applications
Experience working in an agile/scrum setting preferred
