The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, answering phone calls and emails, and handling check-ins and check-outs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
* Answer phones, take messages, and provide information to guests and staff.
* Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
* Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
* Provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation.
* Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
* Handle cash, credit card, and room charges accurately and efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.
