Customer Service Experience Associate

Eddie Gilstrap Ford is looking for a Pick up and delivery Associate.
This Remote Experience Associate will be responsible for organizing and overseeing an efficient _pickup and delivery_ service, ensuring seamless experience for our service clients picking up and delivering vehicles to customer homes and office before and after their service repairs.
The primary goal is to create a seamless and memorable experience, actively engage with customers, contribute to building solid relationships, and drive customer loyalty while meeting the Remote Experience Requirements set forth by Ford.
Secondary job duties will include, but not be limited to answering service phone calls, scheduling appointments and assisting the service advisors in service department workflow duties.
Requirements include: * Drivers License * No Major violations in the past 5 years, * Personal Smart Phone.
