Job Description
Responsibilities include: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, Registering patients, Collecting co-payments, Coding and Billing charges, Courtesy calls to patients, General office/secretarial duties, Compile and record medical charts, reports and correspondence, Additional duties as assigned.
Position may include clerical and clinical duties as assigned.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED required.
Medical terminology and medical experience is required.
Excellent communication, professional telephone etiquette & computers skills are required.
Organizational skills, flexibility, attention to detail and time management skills are critical for this position.
