Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator.

As a key liaison between customers and our project management team, the Customer Experience Coordinator will play a vital role in upholding the high standards of Apex Design Group.
Responsibilities: * Answer customer phone calls promptly and professionally * Represent Apex Design Group in a positive and knowledgeable manner * Maintain regular communication with Project Manager to obtain project updates * Effectively communicate project schedules and updates to customers * Assist customers with the permitting process, providing guidance and support * Anticipate project and customer needs to facilitate smooth project progression * Demonstrate a strong sense of empathy towards customer concerns and inquiries * Pay meticulous attention to detail in all interactions and tasks * Utilize excellent conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns promptly * Update project management systems with accurate and timely information * Proactively attend to customer needs, ensuring a proactive and personalized approach * Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer experience * Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty * Continuously seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations and elevate the overall customer experience * Perform various other duties as needed to ensure an effortless customer experience Additional Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: * Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service inquiries * Exhibit a positive, upbeat personality with a strong desire to enhance the customer experience * Manage customer interactions effectively, including handling difficult situations with patience and professionalism * Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority Project Coordination: * Understand the fundamentals of project management and scheduling * Coordinate and schedule construction projects, updating schedules multiple times a day * Adjust schedules dynamically and communicate changes promptly to customers * Work closely with project managers, job foreman, salespersons, designers, and office managers for seamless project execution * Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for product deliveries and scheduling matters Administrative Support: * Answer phone calls and address general queries * Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all parties are informed of project statuses * Perform additional administrative tasks as required Qualifications: * Proven experience in customer service or a similar role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle stressful situations and upset customers with composure * Knowledge of project management and scheduling (training will be provided) * Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities * Team player with excellent organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
