*This is a hands-on position that will manage in our Guest Services Department including Front Desk, Reservations and Bell Services.
* *Responsibilities include but are not limited to*: Daily direction of staff organizing work assignments and conducting pre-shift meetings, maintaining profitability, ensuring and demonstrating exceptional guest service standards and attention to detail.
The right candidate will be a poised and organized professional who has the ability to interact positively with hotel guests and staff to create an exceptional experience.
A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
*Requirements include but are not limited to:* *Prior supervisory or management experience in an upscale full-service hotel*, a well-polished professional appearance, exceptional oral and written communication skills, able to stand for long periods of time, work in a fast paced environment, must be organized and detailed oriented.
