_This is a temporary position with the possiblity to become a full time position_ Mi Hub, with offices in the UK and US, is an international supplier of corporate clothing uniform solutions to businesses and individuals, trading through its Dimensions, Alexandra, Yaffy and Affinity brands.
Collectively the group employs more than 800 people across its offices in the UK, Europe, and the USA.
Mi Hub US is headquartered in Jeffersonville, IN and has locations in Houston, TX and Fairborn, OH.
This role could sit in one of our locations or we are open to having someone work remote.
*Job Overview* The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
This role will have you on the front line where the team is responsible for three (3) main roles: answering incoming customer calls, placing outbound calls, and providing order and transactional support via email and/or chat.
*Key Duties and Responsibilities* * Answer incoming calls and responds to customer requests while maintaining proper phone etiquette at all times.
* Maintain phone and/or chat coverage during scheduled hours.
* Provide call resolution within 24 hours when identifying inquiries that require research, gathers research facts and contact information, resolves customer issues, communicates status updates with customer and enters all status notes in appropriate systems.
* Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer service goals and objectives.
* Professional and courteous customer service.
* Customer handling excellence.
* Provide first call resolution.
* Customer, program and garment knowledge.
* Following all directives, processes and procedures.
* Productivity metrics such as number of calls, readiness level, logged hours, length of call, number of rings, error rate, upselling, cross selling, and schedule adherence.
* Gathering customer feedback on every call possible by asking quality questions.
* Proactively reaching out to customer and prospects via phone and email with assigned outbound projects.
* Provide order and customer support assigned by Supervisor and Leads.
* Enter incoming orders (email).
* Changing and editing orders as requested.
* Work open orders.
* Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
* Data entry in various platforms.
* Additional responsibilities as assigned.
*Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required* * At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience * Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work * Strong analytical and reasoning skills * Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite Mi Hub is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
