Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Monocle Insurance is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative.
This position is responsible for data entry, system management and producer support.
Property and Casualty License is required within 3 months of hire date.
*Highlighted Duties for CSR: * * Endorsement processing.
* Talking to insureds daily.
* Working with mortgage companies.
* Answering billing questions.
* Producer support.

* Data Entry.
*Requirements: * * Property & Casualty License is Required or obtained within 3 months of employment.
* 2+ years customer service experience.
* Basic knowledge of MicroSoft Word and Excel.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be organized and able to multi-task with professional customer service skills.
* Attendance is very important.
