Dispatcher/Customer Service

Capitol Express a growing expedited freight delivery and logistics service is currently hiring for Daytime Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep.
This position is a daytime position.
This position will have 1 weekend day (Sat.
or Sun.
) in the schedule.
The successful candidate should possess the following skills: excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills, above average ability to multi task and work in a fast paced and often busy work environment, above average computer skills ( including basic understanding of Microsoft office, Word and Excel), Ability to work independently and as a team, strong ability to solve problems, Most importantly be dependable, punctual and trustworthy.
Previous dispatching experience is preferred but not necessary.
We are willing to teach the right person.
