*POSITION SUMMARY*
The Customer Service Representative will be successful by responding to incoming customer phone calls, emails and processing orders in a timely manner, along with providing parts research for customer calls.
*WHAT YOU WILL DO:*
· Provide Motor Coach parts lookup and customer service support for the call center.
· Provide support for call center and online parts store during operational hours (8am-8pm EST) M-F (8-hour shifts).
· Receive and respond to incoming customer calls.
· Process customer order request accurately, timely and professionally.
· Assist customers with determining product routing that meets their delivery needs.
· Complete all necessary administrative responsibilities including timely update of filing, emailing, updating of spreadsheets and logs as necessary.
· Follow all policies and procedures.
· Responsible for Diesel Coach Parts Lookup support (Training provided).
· Miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.
*WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:*
· High School Diploma/GED.
· Minimum of 2 years customer service or call experience required.
· Must be able to work flexible schedules between 8am-8pm Monday through Friday.
· 5+ years Automotive and Collision experience strongly preferred.
· Data entry and accuracy essential.
· Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
· Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams are beneficial.
