*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to manage the order processing, data entry, and shipment coordination processes.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Purchase Order Processing:* Handle the processing of purchase orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
* *Data Entry:* Enter order details, customer information, and shipment data into the company database accurately and efficiently.
* *Order Expediting:* Monitor order status and proactively expedite orders as needed to meet customer expectations and delivery deadlines.
* *Shipment Coordination:* Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
* *Tracking System Maintenance:* Maintain the tracking system to provide real-time visibility of order status to customers and internal stakeholders.
* *Customer Inquiry Response:* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking, and product information, providing accurate and helpful assistance.
* *Documentation:* Maintain organized records of order-related communications, transactions, and documentation for reference and audit purposes.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics coordination preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and order tracking.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business administration or logistics is a plus.
