Hotel Front Desk Receptionist

This position is an *important role*, one that acts as the face and voice for our hotel while delivering satisfaction to every guest.
*Responsibilities* of this position include by not limited to the following.
* Serve as the champion of the hotel committed to our guests needs.
* Work with hotel management to develop and enact on action plans that achieve goals * Complete Hilton and management training ready for success.
* Participate actively within the sales efforts of the hotel.
* Manage the Front Desk operations efficiently and effectively.
* Involved in the hospitality culture for complete guest satisfaction.
* Handles and leads all other efforts that may develop as a need for the hotel operations.
* Adds to the fun! *Qualifications* for this position include but not limited to the following.
* Learning and communication skills to develop a winning performance.
* Schedule availability for 1st shift (7am-3pm) and/or 2nd shift (3pm-11pm).
* Previous hotel experience preferred but not required, a winning attitude is required.
* Ability to multitask and handle challenges professionally.
* Physically able to perform all responsibilities of the position that include but not limited to bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
