We are a busy, AAHA-accredited, small animal hospital with 7 veterinarians.
We are looking for an upbeat, energetic, and enthusiastic individual who will thrive in an atmosphere that is respectful, supportive, inviting, and fun! Client service experience is required.
Must be able to work with computers and have great written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to have a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and your share of holidays is a must.
Animal experience and/or Spanish-speaking a plus! Minutes from downtown Louisville.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
