*Responsibilities of our entry-level Customer Service Representative*:
* Educate and inform customers about our client’s products and services that they qualify for
* Communicate clearly and professionally with each interaction daily
* Close any sales through the pipeline, if needed, while working with qualified and inquiring customers
* Keep the mission, values, and vision of the organization within every customer interaction
* Troubleshoot and answer any questions regarding contracts, promotions, or questions regarding the sales process for any customer inquiries
* Escalate any problems that arise regarding products or services to the Senior Management Team
* Work cohesively with other entry-level Client Service Trainees as part of a team
*What we look for in an entry-level Customer Service Representative*:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or related entry-level position is highly preferred
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Eagerness to learn in an entry-level position
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
* A passion for working with team members and customers
* Basic knowledge and comfortability with computers/technology
