00 hourly plus spiffs/commission based on experience*
*SHIFT: Monday – Friday 7A – 4P*

*Role and responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:*
The job of a Customer Service Representative involves a variety of responsibilities that ultimately help lead to greater customer satisfaction and retention.
· Managing inbound calls
· Following various communication scripts when speaking to a caller
· Customer engagement
· Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues
· Up selling products and services when possible
· Building sustainable customer relationships
· Keeping records of all conversations organized
· Building product knowledge; and
· Achieving and exceeding established KPI’s and performance goals.
*Skills and Qualities:*
To provide a consistent “Best in Class” customer experience for every customer you MUST be:
* Knowledgeable: Knowledge of the inner workings of the company and products and services offered.
* Detail-oriented: Ability to listen carefully to customers and be able to pick up on small details to provide accurate responses to customers.
* Organized: Ability to take quick notes, access CRM systems and track recorded conversations while speaking to customers.
* Flexible: Customer Service Specialist must be able to adapt to unique customer queries and situations.
* Computer skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
