Job Description:
Perform office administrative tasks related to receiving customer calls, answering questions, gathering vital information, dispatching Priority Responders, assisting with scheduling of jobs, and other customer satisfaction activities.
When not answering phones, there would also be some other additional general office duties such as processing outgoing mail, ordering supplies, receiving package deliveries, and keeping the lobby and front office areas neat and organized.
Primary Responsibilities:
As an initial contact for the business, ALWAYS provide exceptional customer service
Receive in-coming phone calls and greet visitors to the office
Perform detailed and accurate data collection and entry
Dispatch Priority Responders to lead calls and job referrals
Assist the Scheduler with coordinating crew and job scheduling
Perform additional general administration duties
Possibly assist other departments, as needed during busy periods
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of customer service and/or call center experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.
e.
, Outlook, Word, Excel) & Google Docs
Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
Minimum of HSD/GED
Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Office Location & Hours:
New Albany, IN
8am - 5pm with 1/2 lunch (M-F)
Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage - commensurate with experience
OT for all hours per week over 40
