### Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
This position is ideal for individuals who have experience working with students, possess knowledge of childhood development, and have a passion for education.
### Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance
- Supervise students during classroom activities and outdoor playtime
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
### Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to educate and engage young learners through creative teaching methods
- Experience in nannying or providing childcare services is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
