Assistant Teacher/Floater

Assistant Teacher Duties: - Assist lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities - Provide care and supervision to children in a preschool or daycare setting - Support children with special needs, including behavior management strategies - Collaborate with lead teacher in developing and implementing individualized plans for all children.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Assist with daily routines, including mealtime, naptime, and cleaning.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns Skills: - Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of children with special needs - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children This position requires a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a supportive and enriching environment for young learners.
