*Essential Duties:*
* Develop and implement a daily program to meet the needs of the children in his or her charge.
* Provide guidance and direction to the children, as needed.
* Communicate with parents as needed to keep the children safe and developmentally appropriate.
* Participate in parent and staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
* Attend staff meetings and other related activities as assigned and necessary to ensure that the agency is operated properly and efficiently.
* Other duties as assigned.
