installed gutters and downspouts for Lowe’s customers, micromanagement of putting out bundles ISO and rolls of EPDM, and metal ceiling, internal and side panels to cut down time, vinyl siding, remove and install hatches, skylights, curbs, and pipes at residential, commercial and industrial, flashing EPDM, repair, remove old and install new asphalt shingles, replace pipe fitting, punch out work, install, repair and restore oak hardwood floors and deck, find and secure leak on flat roof, repair water damage on rafters and walls and plywood, made molds and patterns for cut and install bulkheads, tanks, stringers on 72’ yacht motorboat and demolished part of and build a new wooden bulkhead on aluminum hull, operated ceiling crane, hand signals for crane operation, putting on roof truss, framing from foundation to roof rafter/truss, tiles, operated off-road and heavy duty machines, for moving ISO, rolls of EPDM, dig out ground for electrical pipes before foundation lay out, custom metal fabrication at shop and
site, remolding around swimming pool, repair small motors or applications, light mechanic, restoring 100 years old oak trims and building to original with old and new materials at a skyscraper building, and train owners and crews.
