Litigation Paralegal

Established east end law firm with an emphasis in civil defense/subrogation litigation is looking for a full time Paralegal.
Key job requirements include requesting and summarizing medical records, preparing pleadings, summarizing depositions, communicating with court staff, court reporters, trial support and data entry.
Preference given to candidates who have experience handling insurance subrogation cases from start to finish.
One to three years experience preferred.
Experience using MS Office is necessary, along with timekeeping/management software.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
