Real Estate Closing Attorney

We are looking for an experienced Closing Attorney to oversee and facilitate residential and commercial real estate closings.
*The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, possess excellent* communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Closing Attorney, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all legal aspects of real estate transactions are handled efficiently and accurately.
*Responsibilities:* · Draft and review closing documents, including contracts, deeds, and settlement statements.
· Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the closing process.
· Conduct closings to provide legal guidance and address any issues that may arise.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
*Qualifications:* · Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school · Admission to the Kentucky state bar and in good standing · In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations · Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills · Effective communication and negotiation skills · Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment · Proven track record of successfully handling real estate closings Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,967.
