The position supports the delivery of exceptional legal services to our clients by providing office services and administrative support to the office.
As an administrative assistant, you will perform some complex and specialized administrative tasks and work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment.
This job is an in-office Monday - Friday position and will report to the Office Administrator.
Position Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Louisville office and contribute to team effort by accomplishing a variety of requested clerical activities and related tasks as needed.
These tasks include but are not limited to:
Photocopying and scanning
Filing
File and binder creation
Opening new client matters
Attorney time entry
Document editing
Data entry
Submission of expense reports
Screens and directs calls, and consistently and professionally communicates with clients.
Monitors visitor access and parking validation.
Maintains clean and organized reception and office services areas, and office break room.
Manages deliveries and mail flow in and out of the office.
Coordinates conference room scheduling and makes necessary arrangements for meetings; and maintains clean conference room including set-up and breakdown for meetings and depositions.
Assists with ordering office supplies and concessions.
Other duties and special projects, as assigned by the Office Administrator.

Requirements
College degree or a minimum of two (2) years of secretarial or administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
