As a Sales & Marketing Associate, your primary responsibilities include:
* Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about both the community and surrounding neighborhood
* Directing informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
* Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media
* Building brand loyalty by consistently offering a tremendous resident experience
* Occasional weekend work is required
* Market the property effectively by answering questions, conducting tours, and promoting community amenities ·
* Have a thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies ·
* Maintain a high closing ratio ·
* Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy at property ·
* Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program under direction of Property Manager ·
* Maintain all resident and property files.
·
* Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
* Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
The ideal candidate would have:
* Bachelors Degree
* Yardi and CRM experience is a plus
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
* Social media savviness
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Sharp professional appearance
* Sales aptitude
