*Qualifications include but are not limited to:*
* A high school diploma or GED is required, in addition to one to two years related experience and/or training.
* Basic computer skills including the knowledge of how to recognize and operate a mouse and keyboard.
* The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence, as well as effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to residents, employees, and vendors.
* The ability to walk properties frequently and regularly while being exposed to outside weather conditions.
* The ability to climb stairs as business dictates and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* Operating the property within the financial guidelines, i.
e.
the budget, established by the Regional Manager and the Owner.
* Achieving occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs.
* Achieving delinquency standards weekly/monthly.
* Conducting daily physical inspections of the property
* Supervising the office and maintenance staff.
* Obtaining Regional Manager approval for expenses outside the budgeted guidelines.
* Conducting final interviews and hiring of all property employees under the direction of the Regional Manager.
* Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude, always, for yourself and all property employees.
* Leasing of the property by ensuring through supervision of the office and leasing personnel.
* Ensuring that all personnel respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
* Ensuring that personnel in all departments operate within OSHA and EPA standards as well as follow all Fair Housing regulations.
* Ensuring required reports are completed and submitted when due.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
