I have a 3 bedroom home in Mt.
Sterling with 1 bedroom to rent.
I have a washer/dryer to use.
The house has a patio and fenced back yard.
I work a weekend shift and I’m not home Friday - Monday.
I am the only person that lives in the home.
$500 per month rent prorated depending on move in date.
$300 security deposit.
Will take rent in bi-weekly or monthly payments.
